As part of TDCX’s continued regional expansion, ISH was appointed to execute the office design and build for their new workspace at Spring Tower in Bangkok. The brief: an energised, employee-friendly layout that brings together branding, functionality, and spatial efficiency.

The design concept leaned into TDCX’s vibrant identity, delivering flexible zones for team collaboration, quiet focus, and relaxation. All elements—from spatial flow to material selection—were designed to support productivity in a fast-paced environment.
