Following our successful collaboration on earlier sites, ISH was once again appointed by TDCX to execute the office design and build of their expansion in Spring Tower 2, Bangkok. The challenge: to replicate TDCX’s high-energy, collaborative workplace experience while adapting to a new floor plate and team needs.

The project included creative zoning for dynamic team workflows, breakout spaces for cross-department bonding, and a welcoming reception that communicates the company’s vibrant culture. Seamless coordination across teams ensured timely delivery, even across borders.
