ISH was appointed to deliver a modern, efficient, and brand-aligned office design and build for TDCX’s Japan office—tailored to meet both global workspace standards and local cultural expectations.

This regional office features minimalist planning, clean lines, and a calming palette inspired by Japanese design principles. Every zone was carefully planned to support high-performance CX teams, while maintaining the brand’s vibrant and people-centric energy.
