Job Responsibilities

Work closely with Business Development Team during the pitching stage.
To attend site meetings, attend client’s briefing / site measurement.
Lead the planning and execution of renovation projects from inception to completion.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or modifications.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, providing guidance and support to project staff.
Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Or Proven experience as a Project Manager in renovation or construction projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Extensive knowledge of renovation processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multifaceted projects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability principles.
Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors in English and Mandarin
